Herbal Skin Care Practice

Greetings!!! to you and all S.I.L relatives and friends out there. In our previous article we discuss about "Homemade Facial Mask". On the next chapter, to emphasize this article continuity we would like to bring you our next topic. "Herbal Skincare Practice".
This
is our eighth precious article of our complete "Skin Care Beauty Series". As usual let's sit back and find out what is all about.
Herbal skincare is not a topic of the last time; it has been used in practice since ancient times when skincare with herbal tea was the only treatment way to for the skin. However, the skincare has changed a lot. Herbal skincare routines were replaced by synthetic / chemical skincare. The vegetable peel recipes that were once common place are not so popular nowadays (and even a large population unknown).
The transformation from skin care products to synthetic skin can probably be attributed into two things - our laziness (or just the fast pace of life) and the Commercialization of skin care. Even herbal care products for the skin are already there commercialized. These commercial herbal care products for the skin must be mixed with preservatives to extend their shelf life and thus make less more effective than the fresh home made. It seems, however, that it is so change quickly and more people now opt for natural and spicy skin care routines. But still no one wants to make them at home and with that it can commercialize the market for skincare products for herbs is on the viral.
Herbs and spices have their own advantages for the skin and internal health. It is therefore not surprising that most Thai dishes use herbs and spices in every menu. Among the herbs and spices are often used, such as turmeric, lemongrass, tamarind, curry spices, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, and mint. Herbs and spices are also effective for internal health because it promotes circulation, promotes digestion of the immune system and increases the body's metabolism. In addition, these ingredients are also a natural source of vitamins such as vitamins A and C, which are good for your skin and hair.
Therapeutic treatments are a must for most Thai women. Practicing herbs, facial stimulants, saunas and the use of heated stones is part of a beautiful ritual with a slim body. This exercise should also help to start the circulation, break the fat, lift the face and remove the toxins through the sweat. The body feels lighter and fresher when the heat treatment is performed regularly.
So, what are these herbal or skin care products?
Aloe vera, an extract of aloe plant, is one of the best examples of this skincare product for herbs. Freshly extracted Aloe Vera is a natural fire hydrant helps with a soothing skin. It also helps with cuts and sunburn. It is known that a number of herbs have cleaning properties. dandelion, Chamomile, lime blossom and rosemary are just a few examples detergents. Time and patience, along with the use of these recipes, will give you an effective result.
Prepare the following solution in advance: Boil two cups of water in a Pyrex pot. Add two tablespoons of camomile tea. Let the tea steep for five minutes, and strain the liquid into a jar. Let it cool. Keep herbal tea in the refrigerator, chilled and ready to use when you want. Take two four-inch strips of cotton. Deep them into the tea solution. Squeeze out excess moisture before applying them to eye areas. Twist each piece of cotton into a V shape, and apply each to your close eye for at least five minutes.
Tea tree oil, lavender oil, borage oil and evening primrose oil are some popular oils that are used in the care of herbal skin. Some fruit oils (e.g fruit extracts such as banana, apple and melon) Use in shower gels (as a moisturizing mixture) Homeopathic treatments and aromatherapy also fall under the umbrella of herbal care products for the skin. You can make your own honey mask for dry skin. Before using the following mask, be sure to test the skin for it's sensitivity to honey. Mix three teaspoons of honey and a drop of lemon juice. Blend together well, apply the mask to the dry skin areas, and leave on for fifteen minutes. Rinse well.
Herbal skin care is good, not only for routine skincare, but also for treatment of skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis. Most herbal care products products have no side effects (the main reason for preference In addition, herbal care products may be light made at home and made even more attractive.
This does not mean, however, that you completely discard the synthetic products. Some people go so far as to debate their dermatologist as he / she suggests a synthetic product.
